Join Arnie Millan and Jean-Louis Bruyère
for another great wine tasting class about Piedmont Wines.
June 23rd, 2024 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
at the AFKC Office
With its very typical terroirs, Piedmont is one of the Italian regions that produces the most wines, and what wines! Many Piedmontese red wines made from Autchton grape varieties such as Barolo, Asti and Barbaresco have an international reputation, not to mention the famous aromatized wines such as Martini and Cinzano. This territory in northern Italy has a very large number of appellation contrôlée wines. Local wines are battling it out with Tuscan wines for the title of Italian wine region with the most DOCG or DOC wines.
Included: wine tasting experience of five wines
from the Piedmont region’s greatest appellations and appetizers.
The class will be conducted in French and English.
Cost per class: $75 for AFKC Members and $95 for Non-Members.
The class will be held on Sunday 06/23/2024 from 3 to 5 pm at Alliance Française de Kansas City, 8014 State Line Road, #210, Prairie Village KS 66208.
*Please note that classes may be postponed or canceled if 6 do not sign up for any given event. You will be notified in advance.
