Chef Jim will transport you to Paris with a romantic, date night meal. On the menu is roasted beet and asparagus salad with champagne vinaigrette, chicken cutlets veronique, sautéed haricot verts with blistered cherry tomatoes, and for dessert; chocolate bouchons with cream anglaise.
