Intermediate French B1.3 - Thursdays Spring 2023, with Mademba

10 sessions of in-person classes with Mademba

This class is for Intermediate French level B1.3. We will work through materials and topics related to the Module 3 (unites 7 through 9) of the Saison 3 textbook.

At this level you are at the threshold of becoming an autonomous language user. You will start to understand the main points of clear standard input on familiar matters regularly encountered in work, school, leisure, etc. You will be able to deal with situations most likely to arise whilst travelling in an area where French is spoken. You will also manage to produce simple connected text on topics which are familiar or of personal interest. You can describe experiences and events, dreams, hopes and ambitions and briefly give reasons and explanations for opinions and plans.

*Please note that classes may be combined or cancelled if 4 or more do not sign up for any given event.  You will be notified in advance.

The workbook is highly recommended. Please order books in advance of class!
