This class will teach you how to make Manalas (brioche men) and bring them to the Christmas Open-House contest the next day. You will learn how to prepare the dough, make the shape (no special tool needed) and bake them. The dough can be kept overnight and the Manalas can be baked on the day of the contest. It's your chance to win the contest!!!
