For amateurs, the Alliance Française de Kansas City and French Market have organized a contest.
Bake your own "Bûche de Noël" or "Yule Log" a traditional French dessert enjoyed at Christmas. Bring your creation to the French Market at 6943 Tomahawk Rd. in Prairie Village on Saturday the 19th between 1 and 2 pm
The contest will take place at 4 pm and the winner will receive a surprise made in French Market. You keep your bûche.
For those who don't want to bake, you can come to vote between 2 and 4 pm and order a Bûche de Noël prepared by the Pastry Chef.
Have fun baking, sharing and spreading the Christmas spirit with us. Of course following all the CDC guidelines to keep everyone safe.
