During this workshop,
Andrew Thao will talk about his personal experience in France:
"Vivre à Tours et Apprendre le Français et la Pâtisserie en même temps!"
You will learn all the tricks to make a successful "pâte à choux"
and there will be CHOUX and ECLAIRS TASTING as well!
Jean-Louis will go over the French vocabulary around pastry.
The class will be conducted in French and English.
Cost per class: $30 for AFKC Members and $40 for Non-Members.
The class will be held on Sunday 04/14/2024 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm
